Joining RSI in 2024, Stefano is proud to represent the next generation of RSI’s technical offerings as our Chief Technology Officer. Stefano is also holds the CTO role with AstreaX, a Portfolio partner.

Stefano has a passion for designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise software in multiple industries. Much of Stefano’s career has been spent supporting State and Local government projects across the United States. He started his career as a software engineer and has excelled in many roles across the software development lifecycle including Software Architect, Database Administrator, Business Analyst and Project Manager. As an Entrepreneur in the Software industry for decades, he has founded and sold multiple software companies that have improved the quality of life for citizens.

Stefano has enjoyed an extensive career but has more importantly developed many personal relationships with coworkers whose friendships continue to enrich his work and personal life.
