Trent Wade has more than 30 years’ experience in the software and IT consulting industry leading and delivering large fixed-price projects and product engagements including SaaS and on-premise implementation models utilizing end to end managed services. For the last 10 years he has led large IT organizations and managed complex global delivery projects in both the public and private sectors transforming and modernizing technology systems and processes through product-based solutions. Trent joined RSI in 2022 and is currently the Executive Vice President of Solutions.

Mike Early has 20 years of experience at RSI. Beginning his career as an implementation consultant focused on audit, compliance, and data warehouse/analytics projects, he has carried his expertise to integrated tax system implementations and managed services. Mike is currently Vice President overseeing all aspects of delivery for RSI’s state government clients.
Vice President, Functional Solution Architect
Guy Kirtley has more than 30 years of experience designing and implementing systems for tax and revenue agencies. He assists clients in improving their processing efficiencies, increasing compliance, and improving taxpayer services. As one of the original architects of RSI’s Integrated Tax Solution, he is a subject matter expert and an industry thought leader specializing in requirement clarification and process design. Guy has an appreciation for the complexities in tax processing and a thorough knowledge of the entire taxpayer life cycle.
Sr. Director, Product Technology
Rick Finley has been working with integrated tax administration systems and property tax systems for more than 25 years. He began his career at Accenture, working as a developer of integrated tax systems in his home state of North Carolina. Rick has been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to work with numerous state and federal agencies in the US and overseas. Prior to joining RSI, Rick was the Director of Product Management at Oracle for tax applications. Rick attended Duke University and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Jason Woodcock, PCC, MPM has over 25 years of experience leveraging in-depth business and technology analytical skills to identify areas for process improvement and to implement business solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and productivity. By bridging communication gaps between the user community and technical team, Jason excels at implementing highly successful training and coaching programs to groups and individuals. An ICF-credentialed Professional Certified Coach and Master Project Manager, he provides clients a successful history of developing and implementing quality business applications, organizational improvements, training programs and a dedication to quality outcomes.

Lynn Blainey has worked in Project Management for more than 25 years. Over the span of her career, she has implemented projects in healthcare, large scale HR solutions, and state/local government ERP solutions. Lynn has managed Agile transformations for product and delivery organizations and is passionate about setting standards and repeatable processes for successful implementations.
