Revenue Solutions Inc. (RSI) Announces Major Go-Live for the Kentucky Department of Revenue.

The combined RSI and Kentucky Department of Revenue team came together to celebrate the transformational milestone for the state with the go-live of RSI’s tax solution, Government Premier™ Revenue, Taxpayer Portal, and TaxMaster. This moment reflects a five-year modernization journey for the agency and highlights the collaboration of RSI and the Kentucky Department of Revenue to leverage our combined expertise that has created value for Kentucky citizens. 

The Kentucky Department of Revenue teamed up with RSI to modernize and unify its systems, paving the way for a more efficient tax collection process for both the agency and Kentucky’s citizens. With RSI’s deep expertise in tax, property, and revenue solutions for government agencies, the partnership introduced a comprehensive suite of tools designed to optimize the state’s way of doing business. RSI’s fully integrated solution has streamlined previously manual tasks but also significantly improved accessibility and engagement for taxpayers across the state by removing barriers created by the previously disjointed systems.

In March of 2025, the initial modernization goals were realized with the first release in a series of three go-lives of Government Premier™ Revenue, Taxpayer Portal, and TaxMaster. RSI’s Integrated Tax System provides the flexibility and security to meet the tailored needs of state agencies like Kentucky. Kentucky’s new Integrated Tax System has replaced multiple platforms for a centralized taxpayer system, enhanced the taxpayers’ online access with a portal that includes more robust functionalities, and provides the state with tangible data points that help support decision making and efficiency monitoring.

Within the first week, Kentucky began to see benefits and value of their new solution including automated distributions, improved tax filings, enhanced security, $200M revenue deposits on Day 1, more than 50,000 tax returns processed, more than 1,000 successful Kentucky employee users, and 10,000 Taxpayer Portal citizen users.
